If I spot any errors after sending out my album, can you modify it?

Once sent out, the album can no longer be modified, given that the Covers, Backgrounds, Images, and Texts are merged onto a single uneditable image. It is important to assure, before sending out the project, that everything is as desired.

Are there any other payment options besides Credit Cards?

Our objective is to be able to make the product reach the customer in the best economical conditions possible. In this way, the payment via Card greatly simplifies the administrative tasks. You can, however, record your album onto a CD and mail it to us, and we'll ship out your album via cash-on-delivery.

What happens if I lose my Internet connection or the computer crashes when I am uploading the album?

The software is prepared for this eventual problem. If it happens, you should start the My Easy Album software again. A warning will tell you that there is an unfinished upload and by accepting it, the upload will continue at same the point it was interrupted.

Why can't I download the software?

The My Easy Album software uses two free Microsoft software items. When installing My Easy Album, it will check for the existance of both these Microsoft items, if they don't exist the program will, by default, download them automatically. However, there may be some difficulties when establishing a connection for the automatic download. In this case you should:

Do I get a confirmation receipt stating that you have received my order?

The confirmation receipt for your order will immediately be processed by our server, after you finished the process of uploading your album.

An automatic code will then be assigned that will be used to identify the product.

How long does the installation take?

The installation is very quick, it may take around three minutes. The longest part is downloading the software from the Internet, which will vary according to your connection.

How to make an order?

What types of payment can I use?

The payment can be done via credit card (PAYPAL), or via cash-on-delivery (in the case of sending the album in a CD).

Can I request more than one Album in a single order?

Yes, but only if it's for several copies of the same album.

How long does it take to upload the Album layout via the Internet?

It depends a lot on the number and size of the photos and your connection. With a 1Mb ADSL connection, it can take 20 to 40 minutes. With a regular Modem this time is multiplied approximately 15-fold.

Apart from the price of the album, do I have to pay anything for shipping?

No. The amount you're shown on the screen and in our website related to each type of album already includes the shipping price.
