Shipping and delivery time
From the moment of receiving your album in our servers, we will process your request in a time interval which will vary between 10 and 20 workdays, depending on the availability of production means and transportation.
Our shipping is done via CTT in Portugal (and Isles), via TNT in Spain and Europe, and via UPS in the rest of the World.
The shipping time varies according to the country: Portugal (Continent) and Spain – 2 days; Madeira and Azores islands – 15 days; other European countries – 3 days; rest of the World – up to 20 days.
When filling out the delivery address, it is important to use an address where there's usually someone available (at work, at a familiar's, at a friend's, etc.) to take care of the package and prevent any failed deliveries.
Satisfaction warranty
We're certain that you will feel proud your album. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied, please return the album to us within 15 days of receiving it, and we will return your money.
This warranty is made available by Rebelo – Artes Gráficas Lda., a company with 30 years of commercial and industrial activity, and with a large reputation in the printing sector.
The warranty will be void if the reason for your return is any of the following:
- If the album was visibly poorly handled.
- If you composed the album with photographs which the software said didn't have enough quality.
- If any photo or graphic element is outside its boundary box or album page – due to poor layout when composing the album.
